Your wedding
Love the experience. Love your photographs.
Love the experience, love your photos
A wedding gallery is only half of what you’re booking. The other half is the day itself — how calm it feels, how looked-after you are, whether anyone is being asked to stand in a field for an hour while the party goes on without them.
We’ve built our whole way of working around that. You should barely notice us, and you should love what you get.
This is our process
Initial consultation
Getting to know each other is the foundation — where we start building the mutual confidence and trust that lets us give our best on your wedding day. It also makes you feel far more comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera.
Book the date
Congratulations. Your journey with Luxorphe Weddings starts here. We send you our tips, our timeline templates and our digital Wedding Guide for the perfect Toronto or Montreal wedding.
Planning & consultation
We work together to define your expectations for the day — setting your timeline and bringing our experience to the planning. We’re more than happy to work alongside your planner, and we keep every party in the loop throughout.
Your wedding day
The day finally comes. We’re with you throughout, but unintrusively — like guardian angels, capturing the atmosphere and making sure you and your family feel looked after. We photograph the entire day, pausing only for the meal.
Delivering your memories
We aim to deliver your first online gallery within four weeks. Whether you choose digital files alone or a fine-art hand-crafted album, our commitment is to keep the turnaround as short as it can honestly be.
Love is all you need
“I’m ridiculously romantic. I often get choked up while I’m photographing a ceremony. I get incredibly focused on my couple and I can actually feel what I’m seeing through my lens. Nothing makes me prouder than being able to give those moments back. I think that’s why I love what I do.”
Yissegnon, lead photographer
Frequently asked
Asking what wedding photography costs is a little like asking what a car should cost: the answer could be $500 or it could be $30,000.
Much depends on the size and length of your wedding, and a lot depends on factors you might not think about — experience, equipment, care and skill in post-production, how many weddings a photographer shoots each year, whether they are a registered business, whether they carry insurance.
If a photographer quotes at a level that makes a living wage impossible, or implies they need forty or fifty weddings a year to survive, the service and the results will bear witness to it.
We’ve been married ourselves and we understand the juggling of budgets — and even we underestimated how much the photography would matter once the wedding was over. Corners can be cut in some places; photography shouldn’t be one of them.
We make a contractual commitment to deliver your full, edited gallery within one month of the wedding date. Sneak peeks usually reach you within a week.
Printed albums are delivered within three months of layout approval, allowing time for retouching, ordering, production (hand-crafted in Italy), inspection and delivery.
It varies with the length and shape of your day, but a full wedding typically yields between 500 and 800 fully edited images. We’d rather give you a carefully curated gallery than an overwhelming one.
Your images arrive in a private online gallery you can share with family and download in full resolution, with print rights included.
Yes. We believe photographs deserve to exist off a screen. We offer fine-art, hand-crafted albums produced in Italy, along with framed prints and folio boxes.
We design the album layout for you from your final gallery, then refine it together until it’s right.
Gladly. Toronto and Montreal are home, but we photograph weddings across Canada and internationally. Travel is quoted transparently — just tell us where you’re getting married when you enquire.
We do. Yissegnon shoots and edits film alongside our photography, and many couples book both so the whole day is covered by one team who already know each other’s rhythm.
We work as a pair, which already provides a layer of protection. Beyond that we carry professional insurance and belong to a trusted network of photographers across Toronto and Montreal whose work we would happily stand behind. In the extremely unlikely event neither of us could attend, we would arrange a photographer of equivalent standard and edit the images ourselves so your gallery still looks like ours.
Send us an enquiry with your date and venue. If we’re free we’ll arrange a call to get to know each other and walk you through the collections. Booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and a retainer, after which the date is yours.
